Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If there’s any damage, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send photos of the damage to orders@jarofscents.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.

We strive to make your experience delightful from the moment you place your order to the unboxing of your Jarof candle. While we do our best to ensure everything arrives safely, once the package leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to complete the journey.

Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied to orders of 2 or more candles.

All Jarof products are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used candles. However, we’ll replace or refund products damaged in transit if you provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.

You may return unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and we do not accept exchanges at this time.

1. Email support@jarofscents.com with a return request and reason for return within 14 days of purchase.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and a Return Authorization number.
3. Use bubble wrap or similar packaging to protect the items in transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and should save tracking information.

Please do not return items to the shipping address on your label unless directed.

We collect and remit sales tax as required by law based on the shipping destination.

To protect your candles from extreme temperatures, bring them indoors promptly upon delivery and store them upright.

When lighting your candle for the first time, let it burn until the entire surface is melted to ensure an even burn. Always trim the wick after each burn to remove any ashes and keep the flame steady.

Our candles are handcrafted with a premium coconut-apricot wax blend for a smooth, clean burn and excellent fragrance throw. We use cotton wicks and ensure that all candles are non-toxic, free from carcinogen, parabens, and phthalates.
